Information we collect

Information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, and any message you send when you submit a contact, valuation, or account sign-up form — along with your answers to questions like whether you're already working with a real estate agent and whether you'd like to receive listing updates.

Information collected automatically: pages and listings you view, searches you run, map interactions, and similar browsing activity on this site, tied to an anonymous session identifier stored in your browser (not a third-party ad-tracking cookie). If you submit an inquiry, this browsing activity from that same browser session may be associated with your inquiry so we understand what you were looking at. We do not sell this information or share it with data brokers or advertising networks.

Account information: if you create an account to save searches or favorite listings, we store your email and (if you choose email/password sign-in) a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text or log it.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries about buying, selling, or valuing property.
• To maintain your account, saved searches, and favorited listings.
• To verify contact details we're given (e.g. confirming an email address is real) and to guard against spam and fraudulent submissions.
• To send you listing updates or market information — only if you've explicitly opted in when submitting a form. We do not add you to marketing communications without that consent.
• To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to operate this site and respond to inquiries:

• A customer relationship management (CRM) system we host ourselves, used by our team to track and respond to inquiries.
• An email delivery service, used to send verification codes, password resets, and (with your consent) listing updates.
• A cloud storage provider, used to host listing photos.
• The Canadian Real Estate Association's Data Distribution Facility (DDF®), the source of the listing information displayed on this site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies and similar technology

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember things like an anonymous session identifier, listings you're comparing, and (if signed in) your session — not third-party advertising cookies. You can clear this at any time through your browser's privacy settings; doing so may reset your comparison list or require you to sign in again.

Your choices and rights

• You can browse and search listings without providing any personal information.
• You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by contacting us below.
• If you've opted in to marketing updates, you can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in any email we send.

Data retention and security

We keep inquiry and account information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, or until you ask us to delete it (subject to any legal or regulatory record-keeping requirements that apply to real estate transactions). We use reasonable technical safeguards — encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect the information we hold, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults seeking real estate services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent revision.
